Privacy Policy
At Bravoqen S.A. (hereinafter, «Bravoqen», «we») we value the privacy of the people who visit our website and use our services. This Policy describes which personal data we process, for what purpose, on which legal basis and what your rights are, in line with the Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and the complementary provisions of the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP).

2. Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide through forms (name, email address), as well as technical data derived from your browsing (IP address, device, browser, pages visited) obtained through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose of the processing
Data is used to: (i) send you communications related to our projects and content; (ii) respond to queries; (iii) analyse the use of the site and improve the experience; (iv) comply with legal and regulatory obligations that apply to collective financing platforms in Argentina.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of your free, express and informed consent (Section 5 of Law 25,326), the execution of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as there is a relationship with Bravoqen or for the applicable statutory periods. When it is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients
We may share data with technology service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) that act as processors under Bravoqen's instructions. Data may also be shared with authorities when a legal requirement so demands.
7. Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection under Law 25,326 by writing to privacy@bravoqen.com. The AAIP, at Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, Buenos Aires City, is the supervisory authority in charge of enforcement.
8. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version will always be available on this site together with its last update date.
